This position is open for individuals who desire to be trained in fiber optic splicing. This is a full time position with the company. We will be train you on our methods of fiber optic splicing equipment and use of an Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) which is used for testing the integrity of fiber optic cables. It can verify splice loss, measure length and find faults. Diagnosing network fiber breaks. Analyze and resolve fiber optic splicing issues and breaks in the fiber optic backbone and provide support to other technical personnel as needed to ensure 24x7 system availability and security.Starting Pay: $12.00/hr.
